President & Founder

Prior to starting Succor24 in 2013 Marcia Baptiste was the executive of sales and client execution for a top company where-in she managed various client accounts through Investments, Annuities and Life Insurance. During her years with the company she increased sales and client retention exponentially and independently averaged $80,000 in monthly sales revenue for the company.

However, even earning multiple awards throughout her career and earning annual recognition as top in her industry, she did not stop there.  With her motto to "always be a lifelong student,” Marcia integrated her own value driven sales program because she believes a sale is first made "emotionally" and then justified logically.  Let's face it, getting your salespeople to show up differently in front of clients can be a challenging task.  You need a partner understands which sales capabilities matter the most by implementing proven results on what it takes for sales people learn and change with a practical plan.  That plan is focused on immediate gains that promote long-term results.
