Refund & Subscription Agreement Policy
The monthly Subscription Agreement of Succor24 plans and services provides that refunds will only be given for subscriptions of more than one month that are cancelled within 30 days of the effective date of the subscription or can be cancelled with a written letter requesting cancellation at least 30 days prior to payment due date which is the 1st (first) of each month, otherwise, there will be no refund. If you terminate a subscription to Succor24 at anytime during the active month term, you must pay for the remainder of the term, and no refunds will be provided. $125 set up fee is non-refundable under any circumstance and is required at the time of signing our Succor24 Agreement Form and Succor24 non-compete form. Our Month-to-Month service begins thereafter as soon as your initial payment is processed and you choose your desired month to use Succor24 plans and services. Succor24 and its affiliates will process payment your payment on the 1st of each month depending on the pricing package plan you choose (Live Chat Package, Starter Package, Standard Package, Premium Package, Custom Specialty Package) however if the draft date falls on a weekend or holiday we will attempt to collect payment on the next business day. There are no cancellation fees however if you terminate a subscription during an active month your signed agreement will remain in effect until the last day of the current month you cancelled and no refund is given of the remainder days. A non-compete form binding agreement is required and has to be signed by all participates that Succor24 and its affiliates do business with or who Succor24 provides a service to. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Succor24 merchandise or products for sale do not qualify for a refund and are exempt from a refund. Succor24 has the right to refuse business or end services with a client at any time with out a refund. Succor24 practices are ethical and do not tolerate discrimination of any form and have the right to refuse service at any time with no refund. We guarantee a One Hour Free initial consultation on new business. If additional hours are needed and your plan is customized Succor24 will send you out and invoice on the prior month 15th day of your upcoming balance due. Once you refer someone, business or company and they sign up for new service where in $125 initial set-up fee has been paid you will receive a $20 Gift Card from us (succor24) of our choice. All pricing and plans are subject to sales tax. Additional non-returnable or non-refundable items: Gift cards and Downloadable software products.
